Team New Dawn Announces RAJ Essay competition Results

On 19th June 2025, 2024/2025 Team New Dawn led by Mojoyinoluwa Agbonde announced the winners of the Rita Adachukwu James essay competition results at the UI-SU SRC chamber.

The sponsor of the essay competition, Mrs Rita Adachukwu James who was the Hall Chairperson in 2002 was represented by Ande Dooshima, the Queens Hall Chairperson 23/24 session. 

Mojoyinoluwa gave her speech, made remarks about participant’s article, gave some tips on email drafting and etiquettes. She also gave Mrs RAJ’s Speech. Mrs Rita urged Queenites to keep dreaming and writing. 

The announcement of winners was anchored by Miss Ande Dooshima and all participants were awarded with cash prizes. The winners of the essay competition were awarded with 100,000 naira, 75,000 naira and 50,000 naira.

The winners are:

Second Runner up- Vivian Chizoba Frederick

First Runner up- Mushinah Sharafadeen

Winner- Iman Gbadebo 

The participants took pictures and wished Madam RAJ a Happy Birthday.
