NOTICE ON FINAL EXTENSION FOR FEES AND COURSE REGISTERATION

Following successful negotiations with the school management, the University of Ibadan students' Union has on Monday 23rd of June, 2025, announced the new and final extension for the payment of fees and completion of course registration as Friday, June 27, 2025. After weeks of sustained engagement with the Bursary Unit to accelerate processing of academic records and financial aids. 

In a statement issued, the union clarified that only duly registered students would be allowed access to various examinations centers. Still reiterating on no further extension of the deadline or portal reopening after the stipulated date, Friday, June 27, 2025. 

"We strongly encourage all students to take full advantage of the extended window". With further emphasis on,

"...only registered students will be confirmed as bona fide students for the current 2024/2025 academic session, as any unregistered student will not be allowed to sit for any examination". 

The union also adviced students who may be experiencing difficulties understanding what courses to register for, or making payments through their portals to reach out to their department executives or visit iTems office or/and the NELFUND support office at NCC digital park along tech road.
