UCJ UI in Partnership with PIJA Organizes Training for Members

 On 13th June 2025, The University of Ibadan’s Union of Campus Journalists, in partnership with the Patriot Institute of Journalism and Arts Foundation conducted a training session for its members on “Accountability and Community Investigation.” The workshop, held at the Students’ Representative Council Chambers and was led by journalist and institute director Enoch Oyedibu.

 During the session, Oyedibu utilized his experience in investigative and accountability journalism to educate participants on the fundamentals of budget analysis, effective approaches to accountability reporting, and various tools that can aid journalists in their work. 

This training marks the second installment of workshops organized by the institute, made possible with support from development partners such as the European Partnership for Democracy.
