Queen Elizabeth II hall press holds Final Editorial Meeting for the Semester

On June 15, 2025, the Queen Elizabeth II Hall Press, led by Editor-in-Chief Oludare Olufunmilola, held its final editorial meeting for the semester.

The meeting commenced promptly at 6:10 p.m. with the press prayer led by the Managing Editor, Sanni Juliet.

Oludare Olufunmilola welcomed the members and expressed her gratitude for their dedication throughout the semester. She reviewed the press’s publications, commending the editors and press women for their unwavering support and commitment. She also provided constructive feedback on a few articles.

“Before this session, our feature articles were not issue-based, and I’m glad to see that we’ve begun writing pieces that address pressing concerns within the school,” she noted.

The meeting continued with discussions on emerging issues within the student community and a few corrections aired by the Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Sunmonu Halimah.

The session concluded at 9:30 p.m., as the ladies exchanged warm wishes for a successful editorial year ahead.
