Queen Elizabeth II Hall Releases Accommodation list for Staylites

Following clamours from staylites of Queen Elizabeth II Hall, the long-awaited list of students allocated bed spaces was released on May 1st, 2025.
According to a broadcast message sent by the Nexus team, only students whose names appear on the official list are eligible to make payments for the session. Those whose names did not appear on the list were enjoined not to make payments as such payment will be rendered invalid and unrecognized by the Hall Warden.
The BC listed the required documents for registration exercise which include:
1. Hall Due Receipt
2. Accommodation Receipt
3. Previous session's check-out form/off-campus form
4. Six passport photographs
5. Two reference letters addressed to the Hall Warden
6. Jaja card
7. Authority to Pay (ATP)
