Project Stomach: A Feeding Operation Open To All Indigent UItes

Considering the inflated economy of the country and the number of students struggling, the Student Union body established the commencement of the "project stomach infrastructure 1.0' on the 1st of July, 2024 at the SUB building.

According to the broadcast sent on the 30th of June, 2024 by the SU, a well-endowed restaurant, which will be the anchor source of the initiative for the whole 2023/2024 session. The ambition of the initiative is to help a good number of indigent UI students, about 1200 UI students which will be fully supported by SBJ Food and Drinks.  It was however stated in the broadcast that the partnership does not involve an monetary contribution from either of the parties as all cost will be taken up by the restaurant. 

Students who are interested in being a beneficiary of the initiative have been granted access to book a meal ticket at the AGS' office inside the SUB building starting from today, 1st of July, 2024 from the hours of 12pm to 4pm from Monday to Friday. There is no boundary date fixed as to when booking of the meal ticket will end.
