In the quiet hours of the morning, at precisely 9:44 a.m., a significant development unfolded within the H Block community. A message circulated, directing ground floor residents to join a new group – a decision born out of the removal of their former floor representative. The grounds for her dismissal were her perceived incompetence in fulfilling her duties, as proclaimed by the blockhead, all transpiring without prior notice to the floor residents.

This event prompts us to examine the broader context. The adage "Pot calling the kettle black" comes to mind, as a series of questions arise regarding incompetence within the block itself. Of particular concern is the ongoing issue of bathroom facilities on H Block, which have been inaccessible for more than two weeks. The residents' complaints have gone unanswered, leading us to question the block head's handling of this situation.

Beyond these concerns, a recent fine was imposed on H Block due to an incident where a resident disposed waste improperly. The question arises: where was the block head's competence when the residents of H block were faced with these fines?

This situation has been brewing for some time, and it's not merely about the removal of a floor representative.
