RED CROSS UI DETACHMENT HOLDS FIRST PHYSICAL TRAINING OF THE SESSION.

On Saturday  8th of October, Red Cross Society U.I Detachment held the first physical training of this session for her members. The training started by 7:00 a.m. and took place on the road to CMF hostel. 

The purpose of the training was to ensure fitness for each member as it is essential  in their services to humanity.

The physical training had an attendance of 43 members including  both intending Crossers and Crossers, 10 Man O war officials, and the Commandant U.I detachment, with the Man O war officials  in charge of the training.

The training started with jogging and singing, different exercise practices which includes endurance jogging done together with singing, morning drills,Squats,Pilates and lots more. It was a tough one for the intending crossers because it was their first time of participating in the physical drills. The Man O war official in charge of the drills stated the Do's and Dont's of parade session. 


The training finally rounded up with a parade session with the citation of the National Anthem and Red Cross anthem by 8:30a.m.  This was also followed by the dismissal of every  members granted by the Head instructor of the Man O War.
