IMPORTANCE OF TAKING WATER REGULARLY

School has resumed and everyone,
especially the freshmen, are extremely excited. The staylites, already used to
the system, see everything with the eyes of an older person are no longer
fazed.
As we all know, water also know as H2O
is a clear liquid that has no colour, taste or smell. It falls from the sky and
forms lakes, streams and seas and that is used for drinking, washing etc.
Water helps the brain functions better. According to Brexton UK, water does not only improve the brain’s function but also increase the attention span and also enhance a better short term memory. Every student knows how important it is for a brain to function well when it comes to studying and multitasking. It is expected of a student to have a good attention span in order to gain a lot in the class. Therefore, It is advisable to take water along to the class because it helps in building strong cognitive function such asless confusion alertness etc. It also aids in faster decision making. Taking water regular is very important to student in their studies.
It is also important to note that water
helps to reduce the risk of falling sick. Falling sick comes with a lot of
problems, even as a student. Classes are missed, important information can be
missed as well. It could also be inconvenient to go to the school clinic. All
of this can be avoide by frequent and adequate intake of water.
Adequate intake of water also boosts
energy. Both the freshers and staylites need energy for daily activities in
this school. The freshers’ stress during registration. Also the rate at which
students walk to long didtances on university grounds has increased. In order
to replenish energy wasted on these activities, adequate intake of water is
needed.
Moreover, adequate intake of water
increases your tendency to be happy. When a student refuses to take water,
dehydration sets in. Dehydration affects mood negatively and also make one feels
sluggish. Every student needs to be
happy in order to have a great day. Water also help to relief headaches. Most
times, students headaches are as a result of dehydration. So it is advisable to
firstly take water before seeking medical attention.
Lastly, water helps to maintain weight and
make the skin healthier and better. The skin needs water order to replace the
old skin cell with a new one. Adequate intake of water make your skin
beautiful. Sometimes, you think you are hungry, but in real sense you are
thirsty. Intake of water will save you from falling into eating of junks and
getting unnecessary fat.
