NHEF ANNOUNCES SCHOLAR PROGRAMME APPLICATIONS FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

 

The Nigeria Higher Education Foundation, NHEF, has announced its Scholars Programme for 2023. Students are expected to apply from now till the 12th of May, 2023 at 11:59 pm WAT. They also released some criteria for applying for this scholarship. Eligible applicants must be:

-Undergraduate scholars in their penultimate years

-Well-rounded individuals that have demonstrated excellence in their academics, extra-curricular and professional pursuits.

-Individuals that possess a strong commitment towards community service, philanthropy, and making a lasting impact in society.

Students that qualify are expected to apply for the Scholar program through the NHEF applicant portal. The program, which has become an annual event, targets talented scholars to take part in the NHEF Fellowship Class. Students who take part in the program are trained to be able to develop a long-term career and a sustainable one. They are open to various opportunities including coaching that allow scholars into the NHEF partner institution where they can experience what it feels like to work in the outer world which is more challenging.

Undergraduates that take part in the program are given the privilege to work in leading companies in the sectors: Financial services, Human Services, Law, Engineering, Technology and Consulting.
