GINGER: How to Use the Super Food for Menstrual Pain Relief

Ginger is a natural cramp reliever. It is important, especially, for ladies who go through painful menstrual cramps every month. Ginger contains a powerful compound called gingerol. Ginger can treat menstrual cramps, indigestion, nausea, colds, and coughs.
